How to Make Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- one flat griddle
- one whisk
- one large mixing bowl
Directions
- In the large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Use the whisk to mix in milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter just until combined
- Preheat the flat griddle over medium-high heat
- Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle and let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping
